Version 8.8

Changes were made to the Member Manager making it easier for administrators to find the information they are looking for.
Administrators can now filter users by status. This makes it easy to see which members are active, unconfirmed, deactivated, deleted, and are using 2FA.
It is now possible to reactivate members that were deactivated or deleted.

An issue that was causing e-mails to bounce has been resolved.
