Consolidated Release Notes Versions 8.4-8.7

BoardCloud has released four version updates over the past month. The development team has been hard at work rapidly fixing minor issues and rolling out improvements. Below are the consolidated release notes covering BoardCloud versions 8.4-8.7.

eResolutions 

• Added support for all common document types (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).  
• e-Resolutions are now automatically removed from BoldSign when deleted in the BoardCloud app.

Gladis (BoardCloud’s Governance-Trained Meeting Bot)

• Extended Gladis’ maximum meeting time from four hours to twelve hours.
• Fixed an issue causing Gladis to join virtual meetings at the incorrect time, caused by a system clock miscalculation.
• Version 8.7 was released specifically to fix an issue that was preventing Gladis from joining Microsoft Teams meetings.

Auditing 

• Improved auditing metrics for general user activity.

Meeting Access

• Fixed an issue preventing administrators from re-opening meetings. 
• Updated meeting re-open behavior to temporarily reset the meeting lockout. Editors now have full control of the meeting without needing to modify the meeting date. 
• Extended the meeting lockout window from 1 month to 2 months.

Document Review

• Fixed issue causing administrators and editors to view outdated review documents instead of the latest published minutes.
• Added a preview feature to confirm document versions before opening.
