Version 6 brings with it a new Task (or activity) management system as well as a completely reworked minutes module.

Signature Vault

Documents tagged for signature can now be viewed or searched from either:

  • An admin only repository of all signature documents in the board portal
  • Committee based document listing of all documents related to an individual committee

Committee Enhancements

  • Reduced clutter 
  • Signatures repository for each committee

Custom Member Profile Properties 

  • Supports the addition of any type (or number) of custom field to the user profile
  • Filed types supported are:
  • Numeric
  • Text
  • HTML editor

Minute Maker

  • Minutes are dynamically updated with the latest:
  • Agenda items added
  • Attendance register
  • Task assignments
  • Votes/Resolutions
