BoardCloud Version 8.0

This update focuses on automation and centralized management to streamline your governance workflows. Here are the three major additions in Version 8.0:

1. Minutes Master (AI-Driven Drafting)

Unlike standard tools, Minutes Master synthesizes the full meeting context.

• What it does: Automatically records the meeting and creates a transcript of the meeting. The Minutes Master then uses AI to synthesize the transcript along with the with the agenda, RSVPs, member roles, and voting results into complete minutes.
• How it works: Invite the BoardCloud bot to your meeting to record and transcribe. A complete draft of meeting minutes will generated instantly for your final review and approval.

2. Centralized Resolutions Hub

We’ve replaced manual email chasing with an end-to-end resolution management system.

• Simplified Creation: Upload documents, select signatories, and set signing orders or expiration dates in seconds.
• Seamless Signing: Board members receive secure email links to sign without needing to log in.
• Tracking & Audit: Administrators get real-time visibility into document status. Once finished, a signed copy and a full audit report are automatically saved to your register.

3. Enhanced Forms Module

Forms have been made easier to manage and viewing results has been made more accessible. Other improvements include:

• Stand-alone Management: Create and manage forms independently from the meeting calendar.
• Improved Exporting: All form data can now be exported directly to Excel, CSV, or PDF for easier recording and reporting.
